“I began working with Kim when I won the title of Miss Ormond Beach USA in November of 2006. Before competing in the Miss Ormond Beach USA pageant, I only wanted to gain a crown. I am an extremely competitive person, so when I realized I was getting the chance to compete for Miss Florida USA it was on! I went to watch the Miss USA pageant in Los Angeles and knew I had to be on that stage. Kim helped me with my interview skills, stage presentation and appearances, but the one thing I really needed to work on was my physical fitness. I remember Kim's exact words, "If you were to get into the shape of a Miss USA contestant you would do extremely well at the Miss Florida USA Pageant. She then directed me to Arnold and that's where the body transformation began. Within a few months I was in the best physical shape of my life and when I took the Miss Florida USA stage I was beaming!
I didn't win the title of Miss Florida USA but what I gained from the pageant preparation has forever changed my life. Shortly after competing in the Miss Florida USA Pageant, I won the Maxim Magazine Hometown Hotties competition for 2007. I was asked to interview on live nationally television and radio shows and made tons of appearances. Right before my first live television interview my first thought was, "How could I have ever done this without Kim?" On our first day of training with Kim she told us that we were not training for the pageant and at the time I didn't understand that statement. Three years and no more pageants later, I still use all of the training that Kim and Arnold have given me!"

I had never been more prepared for anything than I was after training with Kim. The best feeling was walking into interview at Miss Florida USA and being so confident that I was ready for anything they asked. Kim helped me become comfortable with myself and prepared me in a way that I could have never done on my own. Arnold is the best in the business. I love his workouts because they are always different and you never know what to expect. But what I love even more is the body you get after working out with him! He knows exactly what exercises to give you so that you can achieve a lean body with muscle that looks AMAZING! Even after being done with pageants I still work out with him because I tell him I miss my “Arnold body!” He knows everything from what meal plan to give you to what exercises you need to achieve your goals. There is no better feeling than be completely confident with your body and Arnold will get you there!

“When I decided to compete in the Miss Florida USA system, I was not sure where to start. A former Miss Florida USA recommended me competing for Kim Antos. At the time, Kim was the director of the Miss Volusia County/Daytona Beach USA pageant. I could not figure out what the benefit of competing an hour away from my home (Orlando) would be, but my friend was insistent on me working with Kim. I found out Kim had a strong resume with many state titleholders under her belt. I ended up winning the title of Miss Volusia County USA 2009 and my USA pageant career began.
Today, I am representing the state of Florida as Miss Florida USA 2010 and I will vye for the title of Miss USA this upcoming April. I can truly say that without Kim's assistance this dream would not have been a reality. Kim takes the time to help develop you from the inside out. She knows how important presentation is, but realizes that presentation is meaningless if the mental attitude is not in place. I have learned so much it is ridiculous; everything from interview/communication/networking skills to make-up, hair and wardrobe to walk and stance...the list is endless.

“I met Kim when I entered the Miss Daytona Beach Teen/Miss Volusia County pageant at the age of 17. I had never been in a pageant before and to be honest had no idea what I was doing! After winning the local title, Kim expertly honed my interview skills and prepared me for the intense competetion I would soon face at the state level. She was there from gown selection to hairstyle advice but always let my personality shine through. I went on to win the title of Miss Florida Teen USA that year and Kim remained a great source of support and guidance while preparing for Miss Teen USA. When applying for medical school I believe I stood out because of my interview technique and now, as a physician in the Tampa Bay area, I continue to use many of the communication skills I learned from my pageant years with Kim!
